MyForexFunds brand sold to a Dubai firm, which plans a November relaunch

Traders Global sold the MyForexFunds brand to Dubai-based Global Solutions, which has previewed a new Evolution programme due on 23 November 2026.

What happened

Traders Global, the company that ran MyForexFunds, has sold the brand to Global Solutions, a Dubai firm led by Haider Raza, Finance Magnates reported on 28 September 2026. According to the report, Raza used to be MyForexFunds’ operations director. The deal closed on 1 August 2026, and its financial terms were not disclosed.

Finance Magnates said the sale covered the brand only:

  • The MyForexFunds and MFF trademarks, logos and other brand elements.
  • The myforexfunds.com domain and related websites.
  • The brand’s official social media accounts.

Global Solutions did not take on Traders Global’s liabilities, which Finance Magnates said are mostly pending payouts to traders. Under a service agreement, Traders Global will keep handling those payouts, with Global Solutions carrying out the work. Raza told the outlet that the first job is to finish the discretionary rewards programme on Traders Global’s behalf. Finance Magnates said former CEO Murtuza Kazmi has no stake in Global Solutions and no role in running it.

On 21 October, Finance Magnates reported that the new owner had previewed a programme called Evolution, due to launch on 23 November 2026. As described in that report:

  • It offers one-phase and two-phase challenges.
  • Funded accounts start in Partner status, which has no daily drawdown rule.
  • At 2% drawdown, an account moves to Intern status and its trading data is no longer used by the separate proprietary trading company that, under the model, places trades in the real market. Getting back to breakeven restores Partner status.
  • Traders can request rewards on demand, with no minimum number of trading days, subject to the programme rules.
  • Accounts can scale up to $1 million.

MyForexFunds stopped operating in 2023 after the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) brought fraud charges against Traders Global and Kazmi. Finance Magnates reported that a US federal judge later dismissed the case with prejudice, saying the agency had misled the court.

What it means for traders

For former customers, the important point is that pending payouts remain Traders Global’s responsibility, according to Finance Magnates. Anyone with an outstanding claim should keep their records and follow official notices from the brand.

For new customers, the same name does not mean the same company. Evolution comes from a different owner, with new rules and no payout record of its own yet. It should be judged on its terms once they are published, the way any new firm would be. Our guide to prop firm red flags lists what to check.

The Intern mechanism is unusual. A 2% drawdown is a small move, and the effect of a status change on a trader’s payouts will depend on wording that has not been published. Most traders do not pass evaluations, and fees are usually not refunded, so it is worth waiting for the full rules before buying.

What we do not know yet

  • Evolution’s prices, profit split and full rules. Finance Magnates said the preview did not state prices.
  • Which countries will be eligible, and which company will be the contracting party for new customers.
  • When the remaining rewards owed by Traders Global will be completed.
