What could each one pay you?

An illustration, not a forecast: a steady monthly return on the funded account, at each firm's starting split, against the fee for its cheapest account at that size. Most traders do not pass, and returns are rarely steady.

Can traders in the United States use FundedNext or FundingPips?

FundedNext: yes. FundingPips: yes. Both firms publish a list of restricted countries, linked from their profile pages here.

Do FundedNext and FundingPips allow news trading?

FundedNext: allowed with limits (No limits during challenges. On funded and Instant accounts, only 40% of the profit from trades opened or closed within 5 minutes either side of a listed high-impact release on the traded symbol counts, while losses count in full). FundingPips: allowed with limits (Holding through news is allowed in evaluations, but deliberately trading the spike closes the account. On Master accounts, profit from trades opened or closed within 5 minutes of red-folder news on the affected currency is removed unless the trade was opened 5 or more hours earlier. On Zero, any trade activity within 10 minutes of such news is a hard breach).
