What the rules mean in practice
- To pass, grow the $50K account by $5,000 (10%) without breaking a loss limit.
- On any single day you can lose up to $1,500 (3%). Check My Funded Perps's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $2,500 (5%). This is static drawdown: the loss limit is fixed at a set distance below your starting balance and never moves.
- Consistency rule: None
- At a 80% split, you need about 1.24% return on the funded account to earn back the $495 fee.
- Payouts: any time with no daily request limit, once the size-based minimum ($50, $100, $250 or $500) is available and all positions are closed.
- The 5% maximum loss floor is static and never moves, even after payouts.
- The 3% daily loss limit is measured from start-of-day equity and resets at midnight New York time.
- Elite has higher leverage than the other plans (shown as 'Boosted'), with per-account exposure caps: on $50K, $2M notional on indices (40x), $1M on gold (20x) and $500K on oil (10x).
- The funded account keeps the same rules as the evaluation, plus the funded news restriction. There is no live stage.
- Each Elite purchase comes with a reward case, and the pricing cards mark the Elite offer as limited supply.
- The price of the 90/10 split upgrade is set at checkout and could not be confirmed.
