Overview
Tradeify is a futures prop firm operated by Tradeify Holdings, Corp. from Boca Raton, Florida, with Brett Simberkoff as founder and CEO. It sells three one-time-fee products in 25K to 150K sizes: the Growth evaluation, which can be passed in one day but has a daily loss limit; the Select evaluation, which has a 40% consistency rule and lets traders choose daily or five-day payouts after passing; and Lightning accounts that are funded straight away with no evaluation. All accounts use an end-of-day trailing drawdown, charge no activation fee and pay 90% of profits on simulated funded accounts. Traders pick Tradovate, Rithmic or WealthCharts at checkout and can hold up to five funded accounts at a time.

Target ÷ loss is the total profit target divided by the max loss limit. Lower means less profit is needed for each unit of risk. Prices are list prices before discounts. Per $100K converts EUR and GBP at a fixed rate for ranking only.

Payouts: after 5 trading days with profit above $100 (25K), $150 (50K), $200 (100K) or $250 (150K), and a balance of at least $26,500, $53,000, $104,500 or $156,500.
Per-request payout caps rise with each payout: $1,000 on every 25K payout, and from $1,500 to $3,000 (50K), $2,000 to $4,000 (100K) and $2,500 to $5,000 (150K) by the fourth payout. Minimum payouts are $250, $500, $1,000 and $1,500.
The daily loss limit is a soft breach that pauses trading for the day. Once the account is up 6%, it rises to the full drawdown amount from the next session.
On the funded account the drawdown locks at the starting balance plus $100, either when the end-of-day balance clears it or when a payout is requested.
Resets cost $60 (25K), $95 (50K), $169 (100K) and $229 (150K); the homepage showed $70 for the 25K reset next to $60.
A 5-account bundle of the 25K or 50K gives 5% off.
The Select evaluation article says Growth has no consistency rule at any stage, while the Growth payout policy and the consistency rule article apply a 35% rule to funded payouts; this file follows the payout policy.

Payouts: after passing, the trader picks Select Flex (every 5 winning days, up to 50% of total profit) or Select Daily (daily once a buffer is cleared). The choice is permanent for that account.
Select Flex: no daily loss limit, the same drawdown as the evaluation, and caps of $1,250, $2,500, $3,500 and $4,500 per payout for accounts bought from 1 September 2026; winning days need $100, $150, $200 or $250 profit.
Select Daily: daily loss limit of $500, $1,000, $1,250 or $1,750, drawdown of $1,000, $2,000, $2,500 or $3,500, a buffer of $1,100 to $3,600, and requests of up to twice the profit since the last payout, capped at $600, $1,250, $1,750 or $2,500 (minimum $250).
Funded accounts start with fewer contracts (1, 2, 3 and 3 minis) and scale up to the evaluation maximum.
The 50% consistency add-on raises the price to $135, $205, $329 or $459.
A 300K size is sold as a limited release at $349, with no resets, KYC before purchase and at most 3 lifetime purchases; it is not included in the table above.
Up to 15 Select evaluations can be bought in any 30-day period, each with up to 10 resets a month; resets cost $75, $109, $169 and $239.
A 5-account bundle of the 25K or 50K gives 5% off.

Payouts: a request opens once new profit reaches the goal for that payout ($1,500, $3,000, $6,000 or $9,000 for the first; $1,000, $2,000, $3,500 or $4,500 after that) and the consistency rule is met.
Per-request caps are $1,000 (25K), $2,000 (50K), $2,500 (100K) and $3,000 (150K) for the first three payouts, then $1,000, $2,500, $3,000 and $3,500. The minimum payout is $1,000.
The daily loss limit is a soft breach. It rises to the full drawdown once the account is up 6%; the 25K has no daily loss limit.
The drawdown locks at the starting balance plus $100 once cleared at the close or when a payout is requested.
No resets are offered; a failed account must be bought again.
The homepage lists a 5-day payout frequency, while the help center says there is no minimum number of trading days before a payout.
