Overview

Earn2Trade (Earn2Trade LLC) describes itself as a trading education company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, and says it has been in business since 2016. It sells two monthly-subscription evaluations: the Trader Career Path, from $25K to $100K with a growth plan that can reach a $400K live account, and the Gauntlet Mini, from $50K to $200K with a funded account of the same size. Traders who pass are passed on to partner prop firms such as Helios Trading Partners and Appius Trading for a simulated LiveSim or a live account. Withdrawals are paid weekly on Wednesdays, and the share is 50% or 80% depending on the size of each withdrawal.

  • The evaluation and the LiveSim account use an end-of-day trailing drawdown that counts open losses and stops once it reaches the starting balance. Live accounts use a drawdown that trails intraday, and the $200K and $400K growth-plan accounts use a fixed floor ($194,000 or $388,000).
  • Reaching the daily loss limit or exceeding the progression-ladder contract limit fails the evaluation outright.
  • Payouts: requests sent by 2:00 PM CT on Friday are paid the following Wednesday, with a $100 minimum net withdrawal and no buffer, minimum days or consistency rule once funded.
  • Each withdrawal is split 50% if it is below a threshold and 80% if it is at or above it: $1,500 (TCP25), $2,250 (TCP50), $3,000 (TCP100), $4,000 ($150K live) and $5,000 ($200K live). The $400K account pays a fixed 60%.
  • Growth plan: hitting the profit goal and withdrawing the share moves the trader up one size. TCP25 grows to $50K, $100K and $200K; TCP50 to $100K, $200K and $400K; TCP100 to $150K, $200K and $400K. TCP25 traders cannot reach $400K.
  • A LiveSim account moves to a live account after total withdrawals of $1,750 (TCP25), $3,000 (TCP50) or $6,000 (TCP100).
  • The $139 activation fee applies only to LiveSim accounts for non-professional traders and is taken from the first withdrawal; live accounts instead pay market data fees of $140 per exchange per month ($156 on NinjaTrader).
  • Each monthly rebill adds one free reset. Paid resets are $100 on TCP100 and promotion-linked (always below the subscription price) on TCP25 and TCP50.

  • The funded account matches the evaluation size and has no growth plan.
  • The evaluation and LiveSim account use an end-of-day trailing drawdown; live accounts use a drawdown that trails intraday. The $200K Gauntlet Mini account does not use a fixed drawdown.
  • Payouts: weekly on Wednesdays with a $100 minimum. Each withdrawal is split 50% below and 80% at or above $2,250 (50K), $3,000 (100K), $4,000 (150K) or $5,000 (200K).
  • A LiveSim account moves to a live account after $5,000 in total withdrawals.
  • The $139 LiveSim activation fee is deducted from the first withdrawal for non-professional traders; live accounts pay monthly market data fees instead.
  • Resets cost $100 (100K), $130 (150K) and $155 (200K); the 50K reset price varies with promotions. Unlike the Trader Career Path, rebills do not add free resets.
  • The help centre's package price list omits the $375 GAU150 price, which appears in the site's plan data.

Trading rules

What Earn2Trade lets you do on its accounts, taken from its rules and FAQ pages.

  • News trading

    Allowed

There are no restrictions on trading around economic releases in evaluations or funded accounts.

  • Expert advisors

    Not stated

No explicit rule on automated strategies was found; software, AI or ultra-fast entry that manipulates the environment or gives an unfair advantage is prohibited.

  • Copy trading

    Not allowed

Trade copiers and batch execution across accounts are prohibited on evaluation, LiveSim and live accounts.

  • Overnight holding

    Not allowed

All positions and working orders must be closed by 3:50 PM CT; some agricultural and livestock contracts close earlier.

  • Weekend holding

    Not allowed

Positions must be flat at each day's close, so none can be held over the weekend.

Rules to read before you buy

  • The daily loss limit is measured on open and closed P&L, including commissions, from 5 PM to 5 PM CT; touching it fails the evaluation.
  • The progression ladder caps open contracts by account balance; exceeding it is an immediate fail. Up to ten micros count as one standard contract.
  • Bitcoin and Ether futures are not allowed; other CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX futures can be traded.
  • Up to five evaluations can run at once; funded accounts are capped at three, of which only one can be live.
  • Hedging between funded accounts, trading for others and coordinated trading across accounts are prohibited.
  • Accounts must be in the trader's legal name (not an LLC) and traders must be at least 18.
  • Professional CME data subscribers pay $140 per exchange per month during the evaluation.

How the drawdown works

End-of-day trailing (Trader Career Path, Gauntlet Mini)
The loss limit moves up once a day, based on your end-of-day balance, and ignores swings during the session.

Consistency rules

Trader Career Path
No single day may be 30% or more of total profit in the evaluation; none once funded
Gauntlet Mini
No single day may be 30% or more of total profit in the evaluation; none once funded

Scaling plan

The Trader Career Path includes a growth plan: each time a funded trader reaches the profit goal and withdraws the share, the account moves up one size, up to $200K (TCP25) or $400K (TCP50 and TCP100). The Gauntlet Mini has no growth plan.

  • TCP25 path: $25K, then $50K, $100K and $200K live accounts.
  • TCP50 path: $50K, then $100K, $200K and $400K live accounts.
  • TCP100 path: $100K, then $150K, $200K and $400K live accounts.
  • The $200K and $400K growth-plan accounts use a fixed drawdown floor of $194,000 and $388,000.
  • After the profit goal on the final account, the trader receives a custom offer.
